Vic air ambo "incapacitated" before shift

A flight crew member has been found "incapacitated" before starting a shift with Air Ambulance Victoria.
The man was found in his car on Thursday according to a statement from operator Pel-Air, and it's unclear whether he was drug or alcohol affected.
The staff member has been stood down and Pel-Air has signalled increased drug and alcohol testing of flight crew.
