A cyclist has been taken to hospital after a bottle was thrown at her in an unprovoked road rage attack in Melbourne.
The woman was hit on the head with a bottle on Beach Rd, Beaumaris, on Wednesday morning, causing her to crash onto the road, police said.
A group of men in a car yelled at the woman and two male cyclists as they drove past, before doing a u-turn and lobbing the bottle.
