The deaths follow those of two men in separate accidents on Saturday morning.
A man in his 20s was thrown from a car as it crashed through a fence at Cranbourne South about 4.20am.
Police believe another man, also aged in his 20s, was walking on the Hume Freeway at Wandong when stuck and killed by a truck just after 4am.
