Twenty-three horses dead at Vic property

Twenty-two horses have been found dead and another needed to be euthanised by a vet at a Melbourne property.

The dead horses, along with another 22 suffering from malnutrition, were found at a Bulla property on Sunday afternoon by neighbours who went find the source of a foul smell.

Police are trying to re-home the 22 malnourished horses and find the owners or manager of the property.
