A Melbourne man will face court on a string of charges after allegedly running a red light in a vehicle stocked with drugs, illegal fireworks and stolen goods.
The 34-year-old South Morang man was stopped by police in Mill Park on Thursday after he needed to slam his brakes to avoid hitting another car.
Officers searched the car and found what was believed to be ice and cannabis, prescription drugs, a knife, illegal fireworks and stolen property.
