Three die on Vic roads on Easter Monday

Four people were killed on Victorian roads during the Easter weekend, including three on Monday.

More than 12,000 offences were detected during the period, police said on Tuesday.

They have repeated calls for motorists to be patient and follow the road rules.

* 559 disobey sign/signal offences

* 507 unlicensed drivers

* 374 drink-drivers (one in 636 tested)

* 391 seatbelt offences

* 298 disqualified drivers

* 172 drug drivers (one in 14 tested)

* 86 impoundments and seizures
