Three arrested over Vic farm fires

Three alleged arsonists have been arrested for lighting haystack fires at Victorian farms over several months.
Two Maryborough men, aged 20 and 21, were charged with arson on Tuesday over a series of haystack fires at Bealiba, Avoca, Lexton, Waubra, Miners Rest, Archdale, Lamplough, Emu and Kooreh in January and February.
A third Bealiba man, 20, was arrested on Wednesday morning and is also expected to be charged in relation to the fires, which caused millions of dollars of damage to stock feed, farm equipment and sheds.
