Three people have been arrested for alleged drug trafficking in suburban Melbourne.

Police raided two properties in Deer Park and Rowville on Wednesday morning and allegedly found a commercial quantity of 1-4 butanediol, ice, cannabis, ecstasy, prescription pills and cash proceeds of drug trafficking.

A 30-year-old woman arrested in Deer Park was charged with drug trafficking and possession related offences.

A man, 21, and woman, 19, were arrested in Rowville and are expected to be charged over drug trafficking and other offences.

"We're confident that today's result has disrupted a complex and well organised illicit drug distribution syndicate operating throughout Melbourne," Acting Senior Sergeant Ell McGibbony said in a statement.

The estimated street value of the drugs is $52,000 and equates to around 5050 deals, police said.
