Third person charged over Tasmanian murder

A third person has been charged with the murder of Tasmanian man Billy Ray Waters, days after his body was found in bushland.
Mr Waters, 19, disappeared from Launceston on August 4, with his body discovered in bushland in the state's north on Friday.
Two days later, two 17-year-old boys were charged with his murder.

On Monday, a 33-year-old man was also charged with murder and is later expected to front the Launceston Magistrates Court.
