Man arrested over Vic bank theft

A man who allegedly stole money from a bank teller in Melbourne has been arrested.

The teller was serving a woman in a Footscray bank when the man, 34, allegedly reached over the counter and snatched the money on Tuesday, before fleeing in a taxi, police say.
