A teenage boy has been hit by a car while riding his bike outside a school in Melbourne's north this afternoon.
The boy was hit outside Mill Park Secondary College on Moorhead Drive in Mill Park just after 3pm.

He was taken to the Royal Children's Hospital with neck, pelvic and head injuries in a serious but stable condition.
The car's windscreen was shattered in the crash, and its roof partly collapsed.
Police investigations are ongoing.
