The Herald Sun reports the senior mathematics and physics teacher suffered a seizure and heart attack in front of students.

In a statement to families, Berwick College principal Kerri Bolch sent her condolences to the deceased's family.

“We are grateful to our school community for the way they care and support each other," the statement read.

The school has confirmed it will operate as normal tomorrow, and students and staff will be offered assistance if requested.
