Man dead after shooting in Melbourne's west

A man has been fatally shot in Melbourne's west overnight.
Police were called to the corner of Snipe Drive and Spadefoot Place after midnight in Strathtulloh at about 12.40am.
They found a 36-year-old man with critical injuries in the street.

An argument is believed to have taken place before multiple shots were fired. Nine
It is believed two men, the 36-year-old and a 63-year-old, went to the area before an argument broke out with a third man, leading to several shots being fired.
Emergency services worked on the injured man, but he died at the scene.
The third man fled the scene and remains on the run.
Police say everyone involved is known to each other, and is urging anyone with information to come forward.
