WHAT THEY SAID

THURSDAY'S PROMISES

* Labor

- $82 million for 50,000 rental homes to get solar panels

- Increasing the state's renewable energy target to 50 per cent by 2030

* Liberal-Nationals

- $600 million to make the Dingley bypass a freeway

- $16 million for the State Schools' Relief charity to provides eye tests for students up to grade three and provides glasses where needed.
