Sledgehammer used in Melb golf club heist

A thief has used a sledgehammer to break into a Melbourne golf club shop, stealing cash and clubs before torching the getaway car.
Golf clubs, accessories and the cash till were stolen during the June 29 burglary at Heidelberg Golf Club clubhouse, police said on Thursday.
The burglar drove off in a stolen Toyota Hilux that was later found dumped and alight in Bellfield.
