Sledge hammer used in Vic burglary
AAP
Cigarettes were stolen from an outer Melbourne convenience store after thieves used a sledge hammer to break their way inside.
Police say two men broke into the Warrandyte store at 4am on Thursday, using the sledge hammer to break down the front door before using it again to open an internal door to get the cigarettes.
It's believed the men left in a dark coloured sedan.
