Search continues for Melb crash car thief

The hunt continues for a man who stole a car from a woman while offering to help her move it after a multi-car crash on a Melbourne Freeway.

The man stole the Suzuki Swift on Monday morning after he caused a crash by hitting another car on the Monash Freeway in Endeavour Hills, causing a domino effect for three cars and a truck in front.

The driver then offered to help by moving the woman's damaged car but instead sped off.

The Suzuki was found on Monday afternoon on Cavendish Court in Endeavour Hills, but the search continues for the thief.
