Reversing driver rams car on busy Melbourne road

A man has been filmed reversing down a busy Melbourne road and ramming into unsuspecting cars during a driving rampage at peak hour.
Video obtained by 9NEWS shows the driver revving and accelerating his vehicle into the car in front of him on Todd Road about 5.50pm today.
He then repeatedly backs his black Holden Astra into the Mini Cooper behind him as other cars honk.

The driver then continues to reverse, speeding backwards down the road.
Police investigations are ongoing.
