A Melbourne man in a rush to get a to party has been nabbed speeding twice in 12 minutes.
The 31-year-old Pakenham man was first caught speeding along Kingston Road in Heatherton and 12 minutes later he was caught again on South Road in Moorabbin.
The man told police he was heading to a party.
