Police officer charged, suspended with pay

A Victorian police officer has been suspended with pay after being charged with perverting the course of justice.
The senior constable from Western Region has also been charged by Victoria Police's professional standards command with two counts of making of a false document and two of using a false document.
The charges relate to incidents between 2015 and 2018.

He will face court at a date to be confirmed.
