Armed robber wanted over Vic bank holdup

Police have released an image and description of a man wanted over an armed robbery at a Victorian bank.

The man pulled out a gun and demanded money from staff at a bank in a shopping centre in the Geelong suburb of Newcombe on Wednesday morning.

He fled with a quantity of cash.

He's described as 175cm tall, of medium build, wearing a black balaclava, white gloves, pink hooded jumper, dark coloured tracksuit pants and carrying a black backpack.
