Police car rammed in Victoria

A police car has been rammed after stopping a stolen four-wheel drive in rural Victoria.

Police say they pulled over the speeding 4WD near Camperdown, in the state's south west on Monday afternoon but when the vehicle stopped it suddenly reversed with force into the police car.

The car was badly damaged and the 4WD, which is believed stolen, sped away.
