One dead, two hurt in Vic head-on crash

One person is dead and two are seriously injured after a head-on collision in Victoria's Latrobe Valley.
The crash happened in Traralgon West at 12.15pm and emergency workers are still trying to free those trapped in the wreckage, police said.
The death takes Victoria's road toll to 203, five more than for the same time last year.
