NT man to face Vic court over sex abuse

A Darwin man will face a Victorian court over historical sexual assault offences.
Barry Foster, 78, was charged in November last year over offences believed to have occurred in the Ballarat region in the 1970s.
He will appear at the Ballarat County Court for a plea hearing on Wednesday, July 22.
