NSW man charged over Vic fatal crash

A man has been charged with culpable driving over a fatal crash near the Victoria-NSW border.
A 26-year-old North Albury man has also been charged with a range of other traffic offences after the January 13 crash in Browns Plains that left a Howlong man dead.
The man has been remanded in custody to appear at the Wodonga Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
