Nine arrested after Melbourne brawl

Nine people have been arrested following a brawl in Melbourne's CBD that occurred after the Western Bulldogs bundled Hawthorn out of the AFL finals at the MCG.
Victoria Police says the fight broke out between two groups of people at the intersection of Flinders and Swanston streets about 3.30am on Saturday.
Three men suffered non-life threatening injuries that required hospital treatment.

The nine arrested have been interviewed by detectives but not yet charged.
News footage suggests Hawthorn fans wearing team jumpers and scarves were involved.
