Fourth person charged over murder of Lakes Entrance man

A fourth man has been charged over the murder of a Victorian who was missing for more than three months before his body was found.
A 25-year-old Lake Tyers Beach man is due to appear in Bairnsdale Magistrates Court today, charged with murder, false imprisonment, kidnapping, aggravated home invasion and intentionally and recklessly causining serious injury.
Bradley Lyons, 30, went missing from Lakes Entrance – about 321 kms east of Melbourne - under suspicious circumstances.
His remains were located on March 14 at a remote location at Fairy Fell near Bruthen more than three months after he was last seen.
Three men, aged from 21 to 53, have already been charged with the murder of Lyons.
Lyons was last seen on December 2 before a relative reported him missing nine days later.
