New one-stop shop for Vic roads, transport

Victorians fuming about roads or public transport will soon be able to direct their anger to one central agency.

Existing transport bodies VicRoads and Public Transport Victoria will be merged into an overarching agency called Transport for Victoria, the state government announced on Monday.

TFV, which will bring together planing, coordination and operation of Victoria's transport system and its agencies, is expected to be established by the end of 2016.
