Naked man allegedly crashes car through Melbourne home

A naked man has been arrested after allegedly crashing his car into a home in Melbourne’s north-west.

Police said the 20-year-old crossed onto the wrong side of Childs Road in Mill Park and crashed into the front bedroom of the property about 2.20pm.

“We believe he was drug or alcohol-affected,” Acting Sergeant Meredith Grisold from Victoria Police told 9NEWS.

The homeowner was not injured.

The alleged offender has been arrested and taken to Royal Melbourne Hospital for observation.

“There will be blood taken and from that we can determine what offences have been committed,” Act. Sgt Grisold said.
