Mother and daughter missing in Victoria

A 24-year-old woman and her five-year-old daughter have gone missing in Victoria.
Rebecah and Scarlett Bament were last seen in the northeast town of Benalla on Friday morning.
Police say they have concerns about the pair's welfare and believe they may be travelling in a red 2003 Holden Commodore sedan.
