Molotov cocktail thrown at tattoo parlour

A Molotov cocktail thrown at a tattoo parlour in Melbourne's west didn't explode but did smash a glass door.

It's believed the home-made bomb was chucked at the Williamstown business overnight, with staff arriving at work on Friday morning to find a shattered front door.

There was no other damage, police say.
