Search continues for missing Tas woman

Search efforts for a missing Tasmanian woman whose car was found in bushland in the state's north will continue throughout the night.

Angela Joy Jeffrey, 53, was last seen at her home in Penguin on Wednesday afternoon, and police say they have found her car in state forest near Bakers Beach on Friday night.

Police, SES and volunteers searched the area on Saturday and say they will continue at a reduced capacity overnight.
