Missing NZ man may be in Victoria

A missing New Zealand man is believed to be in Melbourne.

Nicholas Matthews may have flown from Auckland to Melbourne, arriving about 9.30pm on December 23, police say.

Investigators are concerned for Mr Matthews' welfare as he suffers from a medical condition that requires medication.

He is described as being 172cm tall, with a solid build, and short, dark hair, and was last seen wearing a white shirt with blue stripes and dark jeans.
