Missing Melbourne woman’s absence ‘out of character’

Victorian police are searching for a 45-year-old Melbourne woman missing since last week.

Angelika Peters is believed to have left her Ascot Vale home around 9.30am on Thursday.

Police said they think she left her Fisher Parade address on her own accord but have concerns for her welfare, with her absence from home “out of character”.

Ms Peters is described as Caucasian in appearance, with brown hair and medium build.

She was last seen wearing a blue top and dark pants.

Police said she may also have a blue and red top with her.

Anyone who sees Ms Peters is urged to phone Triple Zero immediately.
