Missing hiker found 'safe and well' after search in Victoria's Grampians National Park
A British hiker has been found safe after going missing on a solo bush walk in Victoria's Grampians region.
Police launched the search for Richard Johns on Sunday after he failed to contact his family.
The 52-year-old set off alone on the hike from Halls Gap to Barooka Lookout in the Grampians National Park about 2pm on Saturday and never returned.

Police said they received a number of calls with information from the public which assisted in locating the hiker.
Acting Sergeant Joel Magno-Thornton said the search was a high priority due to the weather conditions.
"He may not have survived a second night without shelter and food or water," he said.
"After a member of the public reported a possible sighting of a man struggling and lost, we decided to act on it immediately."
Officers located the man on the side of the track on Mount Victory Road about 11.20pm last night.
He was checked by paramedics before reuniting with his family.
