Melbourne men charged over explosions

Two Melbourne men have been charged over a series of explosions, dating back months on the city's outskirts.
A 20-year-old Montrose man is accused of possessing and manufacturing explosives and possessing cannabis, while a 21-year-old Heathmont man is accused of possessing ecstasy and amphetamines.
The pair have been bailed to appear in Ringwood Magistrates Court to answer the charges on February 21, after a series of explosions in the Olinda area dating back to November 2015.
