Melbourne man proposes on morning train
A man who met the love of his life on a Melbourne train has popped the question during the morning commute with the help of the train driver.
It's been a smooth ride for Ryan and Hannah since their tracks crossed 10 years ago so it seemed natural to pop the question while riding to Flinders Street station on Friday morning.
"They have been madly in love ever since and today Ryan has a special question he'd like to ask Hannah," the driver announced to passengers.
Without delay, Ryan got down on one knee and, fortunately, got the answer he wanted from his visibly overwhelmed bride-to-be, to the applause of fellow commuters.
"We're thrilled that you choo choo choose each other," Metro Trains said, after posting video of the proposal to Twitter.
Next stop: the wedding.
