A teenager has died after a three-car collision in Victoria's coastal south.

The woman was airlifted to the Alfred Hospital but died on arrival.

Four men in the utility and a mother and her nine-month-old baby in the third car were uninjured.
It was the second death on the state's roads on Friday, after a 33-year-old Melbourne man was killed when his car veered off the road and hit a tree at Doveton in the city's southeast.
