Melbourne man charged for flashing child

A man on bail who allegedly flashed a six-year-old girl on a Melbourne street has been charged.

Police on Thursday charged a 23-year-old Footscray man after he allegedly exposed himself to the girl and then to her mother in Footscray on March 11.

He has been summonsed to appear at Melbourne Magistrates' Court on July 18, charged with committing an indecent act in the presence of a child and for offending while on bail.
