Melbourne home destroyed in arson attack

A Melbourne home has been virtually destroyed by what's believed to be a deliberately lit fire.
The Metropolitan Fire Brigade says no one was at the Yaraville property when crews were called shortly before midnight on Monday.
A neighbouring property came under threat from the fire but was saved.

The damage is estimated at $200,000.
The house has been declared a crime scene.
