Melb co directors face fraud charges

Two Melbourne company directors have appeared in court charged with more than $2 million of fraud linked to a recruitment agency.

Brian Munn, 52, and Gordon Murdoch, 58, appeared before the Melbourne Magistrates Court on Friday charged with obtaining a financial advantage by deception totalling $2.4 million.

It's alleged the men used the companies AB Contract Packing, NMK Road Safety Designs, and the Lagoon Companies to carry out the multi million-dollar fraud, according to court documents.
