Melb airport monorail no priority: Andrews
AAP
A proposal to build a fast monorail from Melbourne airport to the city is not "unworthy" but not a priority, Premier Daniel Andrews says.
Former premier Steve Bracks is involved with a bid to build a monorail along the Tullamarine freeway, but Mr Andrews said the idea wasn't on the government's agenda.
"This is not an unworthy project. I've always said there will be a time when additional services... would be important for Melbourne airport," Mr Andrews told reporters.
