Worker freed after Vic trench collapse

A man has been freed from a trench at a Melbourne work site after spending four hours trapped in soil up to his waist.
The worker, thought to be aged in his late 20s, became trapped when the trench collapsed at the site on Perry Road, Keysborough, shortly after 4pm on Friday,
Paramedics freed the man about four hours later and he was taken to the Royal Melbourne Hospital with possible leg injuries.
