Man throws beer at cops at Vic festival

A man has been arrested for throwing beer cans at police and another for trying to jump a fence while drunk at a Melbourne music festival.
More than 20 partygoers were also caught with drugs at the Listen Out festival at St Kilda on Saturday, police said.
A 21-year-old was arrested after drunkenly trying to jump a fence to get into the event and another man the same age was nabbed for throwing beer cans at police.
