Man's face slashed in Vic robbery

A man's face has been slashed during an armed robbery in Melbourne's east.

Police say the man's wallet and car were stolen from outside a Ferntree Gully pub at 4.50pm on Tuesday by two men.

He sustained a cut to his face during the robbery and is being treated for non-life threatening injuries.
