Man killed in boating accident in Victoria

A man has died after being thrown from a boat in Victoria's south-east today.
The man and a woman were in the boat off Mcloughlins Beach in South Gippsland when it turned, throwing the pair into the water about 1pm.

A passing boat pulled them out and brought them to shore, but the man was unable to be revived and died at the scene.
The woman was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police will prepare a report for the coroner.
