A man is in a critical condition after he jumped out of a moving taxi in Melbourne.
The man in his 20s is believed to have opened the door of the taxi on Mount Dandenong Road, Croydon at around 5.20am.

He was taken to Royal Melbourne Hospital.
Police say it is unclear why the man jumped from the moving vehicle.
