Man in Vic unit likely dead for weeks

A man found dead in his regional Victorian unit could have died weeks ago.

Police sent to check on Daniel Hill, 41, in Mildura on Friday found what they believe to be his remains.

Detectives are trying to piece together Mr Hill's movements since he was last seen in February but they are not treating his death as suspicious.
