Man hanging from car killed in Vic crash

A 41-year-old man who was hanging from the side of a car has been killed when it crashed with another in Victoria.

A Volkswagen and Kia crashed in Geelong on Sunday night, flinging the man off who was hanging from the Kia.

A man driving the Kia ran away but was arrested soon after, while the woman driving the Volkswagen is in hospital with minor injuries.
