Man dies in Vic head-on crash

A man is dead and three people are injured after a head-on car crash in Geelong.

Police believe a vehicle clipped another while travelling on Barrabool Road in Belmont before 11.30am on Sunday, before the first vehicle collided head-on with a third vehicle.

The male driver of the first vehicle and a male passenger were injured and taken to hospital.

The third vehicle's male driver and male passenger were taken to hospital, where the driver died.

The man's death lifts Victoria's 2017 road toll to 104.
